If you want to be met at the guatemalan airport, please complete the Reception Form below with all the required information and click the "submit" button. Immediately after, you should receive a confirmation with important information regarding your Reception. If you do not receive the confirmation, please try resubmitting your Reception form again. If you do not receive an email from us confirming your reservation within 24 hours of making your reservation, please email us at gssxela@yahoo.com We don't charge any registration fee. Students or friends traveling together should complete and submit a separate Reception form each one.

All information is required in order to complete the Reception form. Please be sure to submit complete all your arrival information if you want to be met at the guatemalan airport. Guatemalensis Spanish School respects your privacy, and will not share any personal information without your consent.

When you submit your Reception form by clicking the Submit button, your reservation is confirmed.  If you change your arrival date or decide to cancel, please be courteous sending us an email confirming this.
